All intellectual property disputes are ultimately between the rights holder and the alleged infringer. We process valid legal notices as required by law but cannot resolve underlying legal disputes.

While Amazing Grace Gifts operates primarily under U.S. law and the DMCA, we respect intellectual property rights globally. If you are located outside the United States and believe your rights are being infringed, you may still submit a notice following the procedures outlined above. Please clearly indicate if your rights are registered in a country other than the United States.

11. Other Intellectual Property Concerns

For intellectual property issues not covered by DMCA (such as patent infringement, trade secret violations, or right of publicity claims), please contact us with:

  • Detailed description of the alleged violation
  • Proof of your rights
  • Specific content or products in question
  • Applicable legal basis for your claim
