**Cancellation:**
Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of placement by contacting us via email at support@amazinggracegifts.com. Any cancellation request received after this deadline will not be approved.
 
**Return & Exchange:**
Please be aware that we produce items on demand and do not keep stock. Once an item is printed, it cannot be reused.
Defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge to you.
We are committed to providing you with the best products and are happy to replace your order for the following reasons:
– The product is flawed or missing items.
– You received damaged or faulty items.
– The products you received are different from those originally represented on our site.
Please send us an email at support@amazinggracegifts.com with a photo of the received product, along with any other detailed shots you’d like to include. We will use this information to find a replacement and prevent future mistakes. Your claim will be reviewed by our customer care staff. If accepted, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you or provide a refund.
 
*Special Note: Returns without following our instructions will not be accepted, and we will not support you if you return the order to the address on the package.*
 
**Refunds:**
Once your refund request is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty days.
 
*Note: Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.*
 
**Late or Missing Refunds:**
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

**WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS IF:**
– You want a refund/return due to a change of mind.
– The item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered.
– The customer does not like the material.
– The customer does not like the style purchased.
– The customer provided incorrect or insufficient custom information or chose the wrong size.
– The item(s) do not have the original tags.
– The item(s) were purchased during a Final Sale period, such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc., where a coupon code was applied.
