Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The item differs significantly from its description on our website.

Non-Returnable Items
Because every product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Dissatisfaction with material or design preference.
- Items purchased during clearance, holiday sales, or final promotions.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with detailed photos and your order number. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to cancel an order, please email [email protected] immediately.
Refunds
Once your return or exchange request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 30 business days to process, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
- Do not send items back to the return address on the shipping label without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
