1. Made-to-Order Production
At Amazing Grace Gifts, we believe in quality over quantity. All of our products are custom-made and produced on demand. We do not maintain inventory or stock items in advance. This approach allows us to:
- Ensure each product is made specifically for you
- Minimize waste and environmental impact
- Offer a wide variety of customizable designs
- Maintain the highest quality standards
Important: Because we produce items on demand, production begins immediately after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. This means orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours.
2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Thresholds
2.1 United States and Puerto Rico
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:
- Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping
- Applies to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico
- Free shipping applies to standard delivery times only
ORDERS UNDER $70:
- Shipping fees range from $6.99 to $27.99
- Actual shipping cost depends on:
- Product type and size
- Product weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
- Exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase
2.2 International Shipping (All Other Countries)
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Orders of $100 or more qualify for free international shipping
- Available to most international destinations
- Some remote locations may have restrictions
ORDERS UNDER $100:
- Flat rate shipping fee of $9.99
- Applies to standard international delivery
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Please see Section 8 for more details.
3. Order Processing Time
After your payment is successfully authorized and verified, we begin processing your order immediately. Our production and processing timeline includes:
3.1 Production Phase
- Standard Processing: 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday)
- Production time varies based on product type and current order volume
- Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time
- During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take longer
3.2 What Happens During Processing
- Your order is queued for production
- Product is custom-made according to your specifications
- Quality control inspection is performed
- Item is carefully packaged for shipment
- Package is handed over to shipping carrier
Important: Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Shipping and Transit Time
4.1 Domestic Shipping (United States & Puerto Rico)
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production is complete
- Transit time begins once the package leaves our facility
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
4.2 International Shipping
- International Standard: 7-20 business days after production, plus customs clearance time
- Delivery times vary significantly by country
- Customs processing can add 5-15 additional days
- Remote international locations may take longer
4.3 Total Delivery Time
The total time from order placement to delivery includes:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Transit Time: 5-20 business days
- Estimated Total: 1-23 business days (approximately 1-3 weeks)

5. Shipping Schedule
- Orders are printed and shipped Monday through Friday
- No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or federal holidays
- Orders placed on Friday evening through Sunday will begin processing on Monday
- Holiday periods may affect processing and shipping schedules
6. Order Tracking
6.1 Tracking Information
When your order ships from our facility, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package online
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
6.2 Tracking Your Package
- Use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email

7. Multiple Orders and Split Shipments

- Orders placed separately cannot be combined, even if placed on the same day

- If you want items shipped together, please place them in a single order
7.2 Split Shipments
- Some items in your order may ship separately
- Different products may be produced at different facilities
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order
- All items will be shipped to the same address provided at checkout
7.3 Shipping to Multiple Locations
- We cannot split a single order to ship to multiple addresses
- If you need to send items to different locations, you must place separate orders for each shipping address
- Each separate order will be charged applicable shipping fees

9. Shipping Address Requirements

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, we can only assist by contacting the shipping carrier for more information. Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
9.5 Package Forwarding or Redirection
- If you contact the carrier after shipment to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if the package gets lost, stolen, or damaged
- Additional fees charged by the carrier for forwarding are your responsibility
- Package forwarding may significantly delay delivery
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
10.1 Change or Cancel Your Order
Because we begin production immediately after receiving your order:
- Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of order placement

- Change or cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be approved
- Your order will have entered production and cannot be stopped

11. Production and Shipping Origin
11.1 Our Manufacturing Facilities
Amazing Grace Gifts operates manufacturing facilities in multiple locations to serve our customers efficiently:
- Primary facility: China
- Secondary facility: United States (currently limited operations)
11.2 Current Operations
Due to financial challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, we temporarily closed one of our facilities. As a result, nearly all of our products are currently processed and shipped from our facility in China.
11.3 Quality Assurance
We understand that some customers may have concerns about products manufactured in China. Please be assured that:
- We maintain strict quality control measures at all facilities
