General shipping

  • All our products are Made On Demand! This means once you order a product, the printing process starts. We use the best printers in the biz to ensure a great end product for you!
  • Orders are printed and shipped Monday-Friday.
  • Some items may ship separately.

When will I get my stuff?

Order Processing Time:

After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order, this process often takes 10 – 20 working days (from Monday to Friday), so please be patient with us.
 
Transit Time:

We provide shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you immediately after receiving your order and refund you your charges for the order. For this inconvenience, we are so sorry and we will do our best to connect with partners and improve our shipping services in the future!

How long shipping takes depends on where you are from. Shipping time varies by location. To make it easy for you we created this simple time frame for you to estimate:

  • The ETA above is regarded under normal conditions of weather, social, etc
  • When there’s a high peak of demand for logistics, the time will be slower which we can not control. However, we will have your order delivered or refunded if it gets lost.

Tracking

The tracking information will be updated for you via your email after the order is shipped. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us! 

The tracking information will be updated in the next 2-5 business days by the shipping agents.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different areas, you must place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address changes

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is processed.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. In case you detect your mistakes, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours to confirm the correct address via support@amazinggracegifts.comfrom the placing time.

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender (in this case, we just can only support contacting the carrier for more information).
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing their order, provided they have an acceptable reason for doing so. Acceptable reasons include but are not limited to a mistake in the order, product unavailability, or a change in the shipping address. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@999custom.com. We will review your request and process the cancellation if it meets the acceptable reasons stated above.
 

Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties, and customs fees for imports. If applicable, these charges are determined and charged by your country’s Customs office. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control. For more information, please get in touch with your local Customs office.
